DAY 13 - It is hard to believe I have been on Maui for nearly two weeks and have not yet grabbed breakfast at Gazebo
Pigeons and doves fly overhead
Don't look up!
Dad and Aunt Peggy
Aunt Lynne and Uncle Kyle
Clockwise from the left: Valerie, Aunt Peggy, Uncle Kyle, Dad, Aunt Lynne, Eric
Dad records video while I focus on capturing stills
Good times
Valerie and I share a full stack of their famous combo pancakes
In fact, everyone has decided to do the same thing
Valerie nabbed one of the slices of Portuguese Sausage before I could snap a picture
Napili Bay from Gazebo
We have spotted quite a few spouts, but no one has rung the bell. I am sure those staying at Napili Shores appreciate this.
After breakfast, we drive over to Kapalua and hike down to the Dragon's Teeth
Watch your step!
Dad, Aunt Lynne, Uncle Kyle, Aunt Peggy next to the Dragon's Teeth
We continue on to Makalua-Puna Point. This formation created by one of the last lava flows on Maui has been sculpted into these teeth-like shapes by wind and sea
This is about as far as we can go
The Kapalua Labyrinth with Molokai on the horizon
The Kapalua Labyrinth looking in the direction of Honokahua Bay (northeast)
I marvel at the power of wind
Valerie shows off her yoga skills, but I am not sure the Hawaiian climate is hot enough for her
