Of course, this means I must pack our boards in a bag to protect the interior from getting scratched up...and those boards, even when tilted, do eat into the rear cargo space. I cannot angle them more because we will be transporting a friend and his board as well.
The rear cargo space is a bit narrower than the Pilot's as well. Fortunately, it has a deep and fairly sizeable space below the mat that I can place a couple of bags in...so there's still room for my friend's bags and gear. That said, fitting four in here would be a squeeze.
