DAY 1 - After a long morning drive, I drop Valerie and our gear off at Little Eagle and find a distant parking space on Meridian Blvd
Unfortunately, that shuttle is heading in the wrong direction...my long walk in snowboarding boots begins
It takes more than 15 minutes to walk back to the lodge...at least the weather is nice
There's definitely more snow here than during our last visit
My legs are hurting and this is how Valerie thanks me for dropping her off with our gear?
This is the new building at Little Eagle
Runs from Chair 25 were closed due to poor coverage during our last trip, but there's plenty of powder here this time
Winds start to blow hard during the afternoon
We're staying off the top this trip
I see coworker Paul kicking back at Eagle
Riding up Eagle Express
Another shot from the lift
One last shot from the lift on our last run of the day
After a skier collides with her, Valerie retreats to Eagle Lodge and finds a ridiculously large bandage in the Ski Patrol office
We have returned to Angel's Restaurant, the place Peter and Nelson introduced us to during our previous Mammoth trip
Valerie shows off her new wound
I order the Jambalaya, one of tonight's specials
Valerie has been craving Angel's bbq ribs and sweet potato fries ever since our first visit. I dig their Chipotle Mayo dipping sauce
DAY 2 - Overnight, Mammoth has received six inches of fresh!
I brave the continuing storm to pick up breakfast
The Pilot handles this much snow with ease
