Since the first COVID lockdown in March of 2020, I have been maintaining the same four week between-marathon workout routine with only minor variations in mileage on any given day...but, as of this morning's run, I'm officially ramping up towards another marathon.
Due to on-going COVID concerns, I have not registered for an actual race, but I'm using the California International Marathon's date as a fixed target around which to base my training. I want to make sure I still run a marathon per year.
With that said, this is the first time I have had the band strap loops break on a Garmin watch...and there were two.
