As bike rentals are included in our resort fees, Peter and I successfully persuade Valerie to attempt an after dinner bike ride into Snow Canyon State Park. Pete gives Valerie some tips before we start off...though she has learned to ride a bicycle, this will actually be her first time going beyond the boundaries of a parking lot!
