Valerie is meeting up with Anna to walk her dog Sassy on the trails near the Point Vicente Interpretive Center, so that's where I'm starting today's short run

There's a section of Alta Vicente Trail that I don't like to go down because it is a tad too steep (so I usually detour through Point Vicente Park via the Nike Trail). Well, now I have to go up it.

Prickly Pear Trail takes a sharp turn downhill. This section is also a bit too steep to run down. In the future, I will always start my runs through Alta Vicente Reserve from the east.
