Another Wednesday without Nom Nom...so I decide to try the "coastal infused cuisine" of the Vizzi Truck
Actually, I tried the gazpacho off this truck on a previous visit, but this is my first selecting a main course
I watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off while waiting for my order...a classic!
Fresh off the truck: Braised Wagyu Beef Sliders and an Orange Scented Carnitas Taco...
...and a Mexican Coke to chase it down. I like the taco, but the sliders are too sweet. Not sure I get the concept behind the popcorn either.
