We brave the rain to finally try Kagura, a restaurant my coworker Jeff recommended ages ago and an opinion more recently echoed by my former boss Andy Gavin

This location is known for its tonkatsu. We stumbled across their Little Tokyo location after trying Marugame Monzo last weekend...very different menus.
