We always get the flavored egg here...it's included in the premium topping. Note that my ramen was free...Valerie and I had accumulated quite a few stamps while taking out from Hakata Ikkousha during the pandemic, but you must eat at the restaurant to claim the rewards!

JANUARY - First ramen of the year...partly because I plan to run 23 miles tomorrow morning. It's been awhile since we last ate at Hakata Ikkousha...pretty sure the last time we were still in a tent outside in the middle of the pandemic. Mentaiko Tonkotsu Ramen with Premium Topping FTW!
