The Dim Sum Truck is scheduled to park at 2700 Colorado from 11:30am to 2pm, but it is long overdue. This is only its first day in the field...so who knows when it will arrive
Somehow I knew I would find it on Pennsylvania Avenue
This truck certainly lacks the character of Nom Nom...hopefully the dim sum is good
$8 gets a decent amount of food, though, for this price, you will get a bánh mì + taco + drink combo from Nom Nom Truck
Siu Mai and Har Gow
Baked Char Siu Bao...I didn't see steamed on their order form (even though they had pics of them on the truck)
I am ready to brave sushi from a truck after hearing good things about Fishlips from the Naughty Dogs
My spicy set, large order is ready PDQ. Six pieces of spicy tuna roll and five pieces of temari sushi
Reference for future visits
Just beyond Fishlips lies the South Philly Experience...another time perhaps?
On the way back, concerned that sushi may not be filling enough, I order chicken satay from Yum Yum Bowls
Nice day for feasting at The Water Garden
Apparently this duck thinks so too
I order a large bowl of Bun Bo Hue from one of the places we frequent in Little Saigon
We can never leave this place without ordering chả giò to go
Vietnamese egg rolls are sooooo much better than Chinese ones!

Food BUS! As far as I know, World Fare is the first mobile food purveyor sporting an actual dining area. I only order a sample from their menu as I am really here to wait for...
...the return of the Dim Sum Truck. This is its first time back at Pennsylvania and 26th since its first day out
While waiting to order dim sum, I enjoy "Bunny Chow" from World Fare. The Short Rib Bunny is tasty, but a bit overpriced. I liked the free sample of the BBQ Bunny....more trucks should offer free samples!
