Today we are having brunch with our friends Craig and Linda at their home in Point Richmond. And we are extra excited because we get to meet their new Meezer "baby cats" Milo and Ellie! Ellie's coloring reminds me of their previous kitty, Snocat. Sno sadly passed away not long after our previous visit.
Craig tempts Ellie with Greenies
Nom nom nom
Milo is chilling in the living room
If Ellie has Snocat's coloring, Milo has Sno's fur
It's time for Ellie's close up
If I had packed my macro lens, I would have attempted to capture a closer shot similar to one I took of Snocat...a photo which Craig and Linda have hanging on a couple of walls in their home
Milo is a really pretty boy. Valerie and I will likely have a long-haired color point at some point in our lives...we love them so much!
What?
I'm not sure Milo knows what to think of me
I'm pretty sure he isn't to thrilled that I keep flashing him
Note that I had conserved my DLSR's battery largely to make sure I got good shots of Milo and Ellie. That said, I still want to share photos of these kitties as soon as possible, so I decide to take shots of them with my phone as well!
Ellie appears to be a lilac point
Milo is definitely a seal point
Craig plays with Ellie
Milo's turn to get in on the action
Hey, the cats in this painting look familiar!
We step outside to enjoy a surprisingly warm afternoon. Ellie must stay behind the screen because she and her brother are indoor cats
Ellie stares at me through the screen
Craig opens the screen door to see how Milo reacts
The siblings are probably wondering why the door is open
As Milo starts to step outdoors, he receis a warning
Ellie won't be going outside either
I follow Ellie back inside so I can take some more easily shareable shots with my smartphone
