DAY 2 - Despite taking time to grab coffee and gas BEFORE driving to Cars and Coffee at Speed Vegas, Valerie and I are among the first to arrive. Since the lot is still relatively empty, I decide to check out the facilities.

Cars and Coffee at Speed Vegas is a bit unique in that it is an event hosted at a race track. Attendees can pay to get a ride on the track driven by a professional driver.
