DAY 4 - Mark (NSX-Ster) wants to be first out of the pits on the second day of the driver's school...
...(and he cuts me off to do so)
Okay, so neither of us will be first on the track
And away I go!
Mark leads a pack on the warm up lap...
...but, for some strange reason, I'm all alone out there
In case you couldn't tell, I have a different instructor today
The green flag means our session has officially begun (in other words, we can pass)
And it doesn't take long for me to catch up with the pack
Though I felt great in the esses yesterday, I'm a bit shaken by differences in this instructor's line
That said, I'm feeling a bit more confident coming into Turn 1
Yesterday, I stayed too tight to the inside of Turn 6, so now I'm making sure to start wider
As I start the esses...
...I find myself stuck in traffic yet again!
It doesn't look like I have enough room to pass Yvonne before Turn 1
Mark climbs towards Turn 2
I catch up to Linette in the esses
I brake at the exit of Turn 1...
...before climbing...
...towards Turn 2
Now I'm stuck behind a black NSX...
...as I go through the esses
Ahhh - all alone on Turn 6...
...and I have the esses to myself
