I picked up a replacement coolant sight tube from Ramon last week, but, rather than risk leaking coolant on the long drive to his shop, elected to do the job myself
Nearly 17 years into owning my NSX and this is technically the first part I have replaced on my own (I don't count wheel well lining fasteners). Not exactly a smooth job...leaked a lot more coolant than I should have because I fumbled the new tube fitting several times before successfully threading it. And I lost the old tube fitting somewhere in the engine bay...
She lives! I haven't driven my NSX in over a month because of the coolant leak, so I needed my handy portable jump starter / battery pack.
