First Saturday of 2022 was New Year, so our local C&C got bumped to the second Saturday
I notice a "refresh" Tesla Model S parked just beyond where cars usually park for the event, so I walk over to check it out
There was a blue one parked here at Pelican Parts' last C&C...but the black with the chrome delete looks particularly sharp. And this one has the rims that suggest it is a Model S Plaid.
Sunrise was just before I arrived, but this is the first I could actually see the sun from the parking lot
So this is Mercedes-Benz EQS, their first real attempt to challenge Tesla with an all electric luxury sedan
I have no idea what its specs are, but it visually does not challenge any of Tesla's offerings. That front is atrocious!
I guess this is the Mercedes' version of Tesla's aero wheel covers. Would that make these "arrow" wheel covers (as in "silver arrow")?
OMG...the whole plus thing now applies to car models too? My opinion of the EQS 450+? I'm nonplussed.
When I parked my NSX here this morning, I nearly backed up on to broken glass
Ford GT is lined up almost perfectly with the "Welcome to Promenade on the Peninsula" gateway
Not many cars are here yet, but it is still early
